Align the shade note before you write the heat range
Many extra loops come from mismatched scope, not from a shortage of yard adjectives.
Before writing a heat-range frame, align four items: day purpose, sun hours, shade position, and handoff owner. Putting those four items on one shade note often reduces back-and-forth more than renaming a piece of equipment. This note is educational. It is not landscape construction or medical advice, and it does not guarantee a cooling result. Read local heat notices as well.
Points
- Write the purpose before the equipment list
- Ask one question per checkpoint
- Use the same continue/pause language
- Update the sheet instead of creating a side conversation
